1939 Reichslotterie Advertisement WWII the dress should probably beWho doesn't wager can't win! Sounds pretty familiar, don't it? Original German lottery, Reichslotterie advertisement for drawings held on November 7 & 8 1939. Overall fairly good condition with some wear around the edges. All winnings are income tax free.
